Delivery time for special orders: 27-30 working days (special order= out of stock, item with a size different from the standard size for rings and necklaces) Standard size for rings is 15 (PT size) or 55 (EU size) Standard length for necklaces is 45 cm.
Returns: The most important thing for us is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you don't like your purchase, we will issue you a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items (exchange a different size for the same model only) within 30 days from the day you received the order.
