DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

From this website, you can make purchases for delivery all over the world (excludes delivery to Israel).

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTY CHARGES?

International shipping may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. 

You should be aware of possible:

  • Delays from customs inspection.
  • Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.
  • Brokerage fees were payable at the point of delivery.

 

We cannot predict what these charges will be so we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest charges before ordering.

As customs policies and import charges vary widely from country to country we're not able to predict what these charges will be.
Any charges & customs duties must be paid by the person receiving the parcel, MAGNOLIA is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.

 

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED?

For your convenience, you may ship your order to the address of your choice in the countries we deliver to. Please ensure that you enter your address in full as well as a contact name (if different) and telephone number to facilitate the prompt delivery of your order. 

 

WHEN WILL MY CUSTOM-MADE ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Custom-made orders are available via standard shipping and may take 27-30 business days or express shipping 17-21 days.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

You may modify your delivery address before your order has been processed by our Distribution Center, which normally occurs within 30 minutes of placing an order.

If your order status is still marked “Processing”, immediately contact Magnolia’s customer service to modify your order. 

Once an order is processed, it can no longer be modified.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order failed to arrive by the estimated delivery date, please try the following:

1. Check your order's progress status using the tracking number and link provided in our shipping confirmation e-mail

2. Check your mailbox for a delivery attempt card, as your order may be waiting at your local Post office.

3. If you still can't find your order, contact us here.

 

MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We do our best to ship your order in one parcel, however during exceptionally busy periods such as the holiday season, due to the exclusive nature of the Magnolia range, demand may exceed available stock and we may not be able to fulfill your entire order. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible via email to inform you of any possible delays and back-ordered items.

If you don't see all the items ordered listed on the shipping confirmation e-mail, don't worry, your order is being delivered in more than one parcel. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail notifying you of their shipment as well as a tracking number as soon as the remaining items are shipped.

 

THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED DO NOT MATCH THE ONES I HAVE ORDERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Magnolia makes every effort to fulfill your order accurately. However, in the unlikely event that the items received do not match your order please contact us here stating your Order Number and we will replace them for you upon return of the items.

International Orders: Magnolia will refund the cost of postage* incurred for the return of the incorrect item(s).

*Up to the value of US$ 20 (Please attach the invoice for shipping).
