Yes, Magnolia offers 6 months warranty with every purchase over US$ 25 , throughout its range of jewelry.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?
Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email contains a tracking number that will allow you to track your order using our shipping partner's tracking platforms.
Simply click on the link here and type in the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

WHAT IS A CUSTOM MADE ORDER?
A custom madel order is an order for which items are especially designed for you.
These may relate to rings, necklaces, bracelets and personalized items.
Custom made orders have longer delivery times of 15-20 business days.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT WAS PLACED?
You may modify/cancel your order before your order has been processed by our Distribution Center, which normally occurs within 30 minutes of placing an order.
If your order status is still marked “Processing”, immediately contact Magnolia’s customer service to modify/cancel your order.
Once an order is processed, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
All items are subject to availability. Normally, items display at Magnolia’s online store are available in stock. However, during exceptionally busy periods such as holiday seasons, demand may exceed the available stock and we may not be able to fulfill your order. Should this be the case, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We accept most major credit cards and payments made through PayPal. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
You may pay using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
In addition, you can use PayPal. There is no need to be a PayPal member in order to pay with credit card through PayPal.
