HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED ONLINE?

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selection, we will issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items (exchange for a different size for the same model only) within 30 days from the day you received your order.

  • Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • For hygiene reasons, studs earrings are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
  • Custom made, personalized items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To return an online purchase by post, just follow these instructions: 

Fill in the return form included in your package detailing which item(s) you are returning, the quantity, and the reason for your return. Place this in the package with the items being returned.

Please return your item(s) to the following address, you may choose the shipping carrier of your choice.

We strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you retain your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.

Upon receipt of the item(s), we’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received.

In the event of exchanging size, if the new size is in stock, we will send it to the same address your initial order was shipped to.

 If you wish to receive your new order at a different address to the original delivery, please clearly inform us via the return form included in your package. 

If you wish to exchange the item for a different item, please place a new order on our website. We will of course reimburse your first order.

We will be happy to hear from you and will work immediately to either refund your purchase or offer an exchange. To get in touch with us concerning a return or cancellation, please contact  Magnolia’s customer service

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition. Unfortunately, delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Enter your tracking number via the website of your shipping courier.

 

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR REFUND IN CASE OF RETURN?

You can return any item (within 30 days from the day you received your order) that is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, with an original sales receipt or invoice.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • In the interests of hygiene, stud, hoop and drop earrings cannot be returned or refunded
  • Custom made, personalized items, as well as Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN OR REQUIRES A REPAIR ?

Firstly, we apologize for this as we take great pride in our service and quality of items.

In the event that an item you purchased online subsequently requires a repair,

Shipping costs are at customer's charge, as well as repair fees.

Please note that the warranty on our jewelry is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers the repair of pre-existing defects. It does not cover breakage, tearing or scratches resulting from mishandling

 

In the event of a damaged or broken item(s), Please contact us by email stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault, you can choose to replace your item or getting a full refund for your item.

The said item(s) have to be returned to Magnolia's offices, please return the item(s) to the following address, you may choose the shipping carrier of your choice.

Upon receipt of the item(s), a replacement will be sent to you. The cost of replacement and shipping of the return will be at Magnolia's cost (up to a maximum of USD 20).

Should you request a full refund, the item(s) will be returned to Magnolia's offices at Magnolia’s cost. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the items.
